Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Orders that are already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control are not eligible for refunds.
